Membership Cancellation – Terms & Conditions

Members may cancel their Xclusive by Xanadu Living subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.

Cancellations received on or after the first day of the new month will apply to the following billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for that month.

Annual memberships can be cancelled anytime; however, partial refunds will not be issued for unused months or gift boxes already received.

Upon cancellation, your membership benefits (including discounts, free shipping, and early access) will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
